The Haut Languedoc

CYCLING IN THE REGIONWhy plant based?
The home of cheese, saucisson, and fois gras, France is notoriously difficult for vegetarians, and even more so for vegans. While the cities have greatly improved their plant-based offerings, rural France still has far to go. We love our local restaurants, serving regional specialities that have been enjoyed for centuries. But we know that our health-conscious guests often struggle with the rich and meaty options. We want all cyclists to be able to enjoy our beautiful region - whether vegan, vegetarian, or curious omnivores.
That's why our cycling offer includes daily vegan-friendly breakfasts, plus two plant-based tasting feasts. For the rest of your evenings, we can provide hearty vegan dinners or you can chose to sample one of our local restaurants.
